Telemarketers

I know this is common knowledge, but why do they always call during dinner. Just got this phone call asking for “the lady of the house” when I said “speaking”, they seemed surprised. What, I dont have a ladies voice? Anyway he said he was from the Dove Foundation and wasn’t here to ask for money, I cut in and gave him my usual line
“I’m just not that into you” and hung up.

Just now I did a search for Dove Foundation, the first thing I noticed if they use frames (inheritly evl) and then their mission statement, “THE DOVE FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization established to encourage and promote the creation, production and distribution of wholesome family entertainment. ” My spider senses were tingling! Their goals “Locate good, morally sound feature films and videos and mark them with the Dove Family-Approved Seal.” Took a look at their reviews, they count how many “naughty ” words are used in the movie. Example Million Dollar Baby – Language: hell 14, damn 8, f-word 1, s-word 4, n-word 2.

But the worst thing is they have House of Flying Daggers a Not approved. Sad.. sad…
