Labor Day Weekend

Labour Day weekend was nice and mellow. Savage Beatdown on Saturday and a BBQ at babs and cj’s on Sunday. In the morning I noticed there was a heck a lotta wasps on my deck. John and I discover two huge evil wasps nests on the roof, with evil, buzzing wasps. Ick. They were not there the day before. I wanted to dispose of them right then, but he said to wait until evening until they are asleep. Okay whatever. We go to the party, have a good time and enjoy fantastic tri-tip. Get back home and the two nests are covered in sleeping wasps. John grabs the wasp killer I grab the flashlight and with better solutions with chemistry zaps both of the nests. The poison quickly foams around the nests. I run into the safety of the house and watch the wasps through the window. They slowly start to drop the the deck. *plink* *plink* the next day John washes all the wasps away and I smack down the nests. Better Living thru Chemistry.

Wasn’t feeling well this week, went to the doctor, who gave me some pills and promised I would be better in about 5 days. I actually took a day off and rested. Went to Safeway and bought a deli sandwich the woman in front of me got really mad when the deli clerk could not provide her sliced brussel sprouts on her sandwich. Thats just weird.
