Mellow Weekend

This weekend was mellow. Its been awhile and damnit it felt good. John came over Friday, I made dinner – we watched Smallville, year 2. Woke up Saturday, cleaned the house, played some COV and visited Home Depot.

A mere hour later I had a new screen door with no-cat-will-scratch-anymore-little-bastards guard. I mocked Zori and so far she had not met my challenge to scratch. Chicken!!!

Other worthwhile goals:

• cleaned the spots in the rug!
• Cleaned up front porch
• collected some freecycle things and posted their availabllity
• Set aside a few books I was giving away, One person picked them up, 2 others flaked, oh well.
• Paid bills and organized said bills
• Made some sourdough starter
• Made bread!
• Played COV a lot
• Made some yummy thai curry, enough for lunched at work as well
• Food shopped enough for the month
• Sat in chair and played some logic puzzle games. I found a huge book of them for like 8 bucks, over 100 logic puzzles! WOOOO!

That was Saturday. Sunday we went to Julies house and had a SB, topped off with a visit to Rafa’s.

It was a good weekend.
