Over a year ago Izzy and Jim bought a house.
I admired one of the light fixtures at the house and a few months later they bought new light fixtures and offered the original one to me. John and I picked it up right after Andy’s wedding, brought it home and put it on the to-do list.
Okay the list took several months, but yesterday my father came over and we all had fun installing it. John went to Home Despot, purchased a really nice delux light switch. The results was a nice light fixture that goes very well with the dinning nook. Thanks Izzy and Jim!
that is very lovely! especially with all the warm wood colors, and the green/blue accents. very happy-making me!
AND I installed a new kitchen faucet as well. It was a very homey weekend, and quite fun. Now if you’ll excuse me I MUST finish Heroes before tonight!!!
