Dehydrated food! MEAT!

One great wedding present we received was a dehydrator.  After playing around with various fruits and even making very tart yet yummy fruit rolls ups, we experimented with beef jerky.  Yum!I have made several batches in the past month and sometimes its jerky and a salad for dinner.  Recipie is as follows:

Books Abandon

Found this sad yet haunting beautiful collection of photos,  a building that stored its supplies, and then just forgot about it. Everything started to rot, including text books that had never been opened.  there is one photo of pallets of text books, never opened.  A tree has started to grow from the composting wood [...]
