Books Abandon

Found this sad yet haunting beautiful collection of photos,  a building that stored its supplies, and then just forgot about it. Everything started to rot, including text books that had never been opened.  there is one photo of pallets of text books, never opened.  A tree has started to grow from the composting wood pulp.   Seeing these materials thrown away and never used is frustrating and depressing.Detroit Public Schools Book Depository/ Roosevelt Warehouse
