HOA Meeting

So, no SMOLT! this week (many vacations make SMOLT! a hit or miss during the summer) so I went to the HOA meeting instead.

Summary = Whine, moan, feelings of doom, proclamations without facts etc.

But one thing went above and beyond. Our general manager *and* Management company had both gotten a request. The gist – Please have landscape clean up this one area.

The representative for the management company held out a letter she had gotten that described the request but it hadn’t included the unit number. The resident manager replied, whats because he doesn’t live in this complex. He lives in the one next door. A little fact finding and google maps gave me more information.

The red is our entire complex. The green is just a corner of his complex, it extendeds much further. We are separated by old railroad tracks. He wants US to have OUR landscaping company clean up the yellow section – HIS property. And no, we don’t dump anything over there. Sheesh.
